In 2017, Dr. Chadrick Lamon Minnifield founded Ralykh, LLC, a contemporary management consulting and professional development training firm. Ralykh, LLC operates as a simple structure, where personnel tailor and personalize services to fit each client's unique organizational and training need. Ralykh, LLC specializes in social-scientific research methods, designs, and analysis, which enables us to offer clients with a variety of empirical solutions. Our team of highly talented social scientist and human resource specialist are poised to assist with a variety of organizational needs, such as creating organizational employee engagement strategies, providing diagnosis and intervention for organizational situations, process and change management consultation, and more. We believe organizations are unique as the people within them, where our management consultants provide solutions that fit clients’ unique needs.

Additionally, Ralykh, LLC provides professional development training via on-site delivery at the client's place of business or virtual interaction. Our instructors specialize in facilitating courses that combine theory and practice, which provides learners with a holistic learning experience.
